Dark purple color.

Aromas of black cherries, toasted oak, tobacco, chocolate, coffee.

Flavors include dark fruit, tobacco, a little pepper.

Finish is long, slightly astringent.

Note that while this was really good after opening and even got better as it opened up, but it is not that great the next day. So my recommendation is to finish the bottle in one setting.
