In fact, I dumped this one. I get mostly a heavy raisin or even a prune flavor, because it sort of seems like it is over-the-top.<\/p>\n<p>I thought that if I left it on the counter for a few days, it might open up. I was wrong.<\/p>\n<p>With 15% alcohol, I thought that there should be some heat with this one. But I didn&#8217;t find any.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t really think this was a corked bottle, although I&#8217;ll admit that when I have a corked bottle, I have trouble distinguishing it from one that is &#8220;over the top.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>If you like very ripe Zinfandel&#8217;s give this one a try, as it might suit you just fine. I know a lot of people who like them that way. In fact, I have another bottle of this one in the cooler.
