1996 Les Matines Domaine des Béates

A bit of spice, a bit of red meat, a bit of terroir. It is very nice with food. A little wimpy without food, but not a horrible selection for the hot weather.

I couldn’t find very much information about this one, as it looks like it was imported by Paterno Imports, and they couldn’t afford to put any text on the label.

As near as I can tell, it was crafted by B. Terrat & M. Chapoutier Gérants. I can?t find much about the wine.
