2001 Provenance Rutherford Napa Cabernet Sauvignon $25
Blind tasting notes – no knowledge of varietal, appellation or vintage.
The one note that I have for this one says there is a lot of alcohol in this one. I liked it a lot, and it scored high on my sheet.
I have two in my cellar, but haven’t opened yet. I too was impressed with this one. Not a big one, but very nice. BTW, Wine Spec gave it either a 92 or 93.

Wrong, WS gave the Oakville 92, and the Rutherford 85 or 86. I read and felt they mistakenly switched the reviews!
